Timlin & Marshall Ltd are a high-quality painting & decorating company created between two local already established decorating companies who both understood the importance of customer satisfaction, quality of work and reliability. We believe so much in the power of performance, we do not want to convince people we need them to experience it and come away convinced for themselves. From quotation to completion we are committed to building great relationships with over 100 years of combined experience throughout the team there is no problem we can not resolve or any project we cannot complete.

Luke Timlin
Company Director
I started painting at 16, beginning as an apprentice with a local Cotswolds company. From day one, I learned not only the skills of the trade but also the importance of respect, responsibility, and integrity toward clients and their property. After earning my Level 3 NVQ City & Guilds, I became increasingly interested in customer and wholesale relationships. Looking back, starting at the bottom taught me the fundamentals of work ethic, efficiency, and high standards—values that continue to shape my work nearly 20 years later.
Andy Marshall
Company Director
As co-founder of Timlin and Marshall Ltd, I am very proud of the growth of the company since our first job back in 2016. We have kept our promise of delivering the best quality of work, customer service and professionalism no matter what. My role in the company is now office based due to the growth and expansion over the years. As a decorator by trade I do miss the brushes and from time to time will jump on and help as and where the guys will have me!

Site Manager
I started working for Timlin & Marshall back in 2014, where I started off as a First Year Apprentice. I have worked my way up, alongside both Andy, Luke and our team, and I’m now proud to be Working site manager , managing the jobs, the team, and getting stuck in on the brush.
